Are these medicines?
No. SOP Subarashi, Hikari and Utsukushhii Gold are food supplements in powder sachet form. Sensei Suru is a cosmetic serum for external use. None of them is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and none replaces medical care.
How much does each product cost?
Every product in the catalog is RM 600. The delivery fee and timing are confirmed with you before you pay.

For your safety. Your needs, health condition, medicines and allergies matter, so our team reviews every request and may suggest a different product or combination before your order is confirmed. No payment is taken on this page.
Who should check with a doctor first?
Speak with your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medicines (including blood thinners), living with a medical condition, or preparing for surgery.
SOP Subarashi, Utsukushhii Gold and Sensei Suru contain fish-derived ingredients. Do not use them if you have a fish or seafood allergy.
How do I use the sachets?
Distributor guidance for maintenance use is one sachet a day, about one hour before a meal, placed under the tongue to dissolve. Always follow the directions printed on your pack. Your nurse will confirm what suits you.
Can I share my medical history before consulting?
Yes, it is optional. Use the Consult button to fill in a short form. Your answers are saved securely for our nurse team, who read them and contact you on WhatsApp. They are used only to prepare your consultation or order.
How do I know the products are genuine?
MCN Care and Service is an official AFC distributor. Every order is packed with its lot number recorded against your order reference.
How long before I notice a difference?
Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. We suggest reviewing how you feel at week four and week eight rather than expecting a quick change.

Company history
Established in Japan in 1969.
AFC Japan describes itself as one of the oldest and biggest pharmacy companies in Japan. Its roots reach back to herbal-medicine manufacturing in 1881 and a chain of premium pharmacy stores from 1941.
AFC reports that it was the first pharmaceutical company registered on the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the first Japanese pharmaceutical manufacturer to receive GMP certification. Its laboratory and factory network has produced more than 40,000 products for over 400 OEM clients, and its products are sold through more than 400 partner shops in Japan.

The science
Why AFC builds around peptides.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids. AFC notes that peptide-related research has been recognised with 17 Nobel Prizes and 27 laureates since 1902.
AFC reduces its peptides to nano size, between 400 and 800 Dalton, a size it designs for easier absorption. A Dalton is a unit of molecular mass, so a lower number means a smaller molecule.
